BowlPaw provides free standard shipping to eligible destinations worldwide.

Our estimated delivery time is 7–10 days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of:

• Customs inspections
• Carrier delays
• Public holidays
• Severe weather
• High order volumes
• Incorrect shipping information
• Other circumstances outside our control

Customers will receive an order confirmation by email. Tracking information will also be sent when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. BowlPaw is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer-provided information.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local government fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact support@BowlPaw.shop with your order number.

We will review the available tracking information and help determine the most appropriate solution.

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
